Refund policy

Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected. Processing time can vary by payment provider.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and returned within 14 days of delivery. We cannot approve returns that show wear, damage caused after delivery or missing components.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or does not match your order, email instartor@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.
