Shipping and returns

Shipping

Shipping availability and cost are calculated at checkout for the destination entered. Eligible $75+ orders can use coupon code FREESHIP75 for free shipping. If the code is not accepted at checkout, the order or destination is not eligible for this offer.

Order support

For an address correction or delivery question, contact instartor@gmail.com and include your order number as soon as possible.

Returns

Return requests must be sent within 14 days of delivery. Items should be unused, in original condition and returned with their packaging where applicable. Email us before sending anything back so we can confirm eligibility and the return address.

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect. Refunds are issued after the returned item is inspected.
